| I am looking for a trainer to ride with around OKC. I want to go get help with each of my horses. I need to work on my riding, my communication ect. I want a barrel trainer. I am golden when it comes to putting a handle on one and getting/ keeping them soft and listening but I have trouble on the pattern with being correct myself and that's throwing my horses off. I thought about sending them off but a) I have never sent a horse off and b) I want to get better as much as I want my horses better.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
I have a 3yo loping a very nice set that I don't really need "help" on (yet), a 5yo that is running that I do need some input/ instruction/ help on but she is down for a bit and a 10yo that I need input/ help on communicating with and figuring out. |

| Michelle Noterman is in Purcell, and I'd highly recommend her! She puts on a mean "boot camp" as she calls it, and is really good at explaining how you can help your horse. She's on facebook or if you PM me, I can get you her number. She's the only one I'll send colts to from now on. |

So she does 1 on 1? I will look her up on Facebook when I get home. If you could PM me your name & her phone # I'll tell her you sent me. I need somebody who will shoot me straight but not tell me I'm worthless. I want the hard truth unless the hard truth is that I suck so bad I shouldnt try lol. |

| Yes, if she's got time, she'll do one on one. I know she's got quite a few consignment horses right now, but before it gets too late in the fall, I'd hit her up to see what her schedule is like. Here's her FB page: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Michelles-Horse-Training-and-Sales/154494277914764?sk=timeline |

Location: The Oklahoma plains. | As mentioned, I have heard great things about Michelle.
Other options would be Sharin Hall, Nicole Tutoro (sp?) or Kendal Owen. |

| You may want to change area. I live in SE OK (Broken Bow) and live no where near any of the above trainers. Sharin Hall is closest to me and she is 3 hours. |

Location: OK | Do you want the Oklahoma City area or SE OK. It would be helpful if you would pin point your area better. Kendal Owen is sure a good hand. I do not know if she does private lessons. Her web site is http://www.owenbarrelhorses.com/ |

| OKC is considered Central Oklahoma, not SE. Might wan to change the title of your thread so you can get even more options. |
