We have had great success with barley hay. Any kind of barley hay. Puts weight on great without having to grain. Even the ulcerious ones do well on it.

Location: My perfect world bubble		Patriot 14% pellets, alfalfa and free choice coastal.  If one drops weight or is a harder keeper we feed 3x/day but most do fine on 2.  I'll also feed Succeed to my nervous guy and it seems to help.  Mine are eventers so they burn a ton of calories and look fantastic!
