I'm planning a little visit to Tyler, TX on the 27th for a little Mexican food, rose shopping and horse swapping.....

1- please, don't kill me for dropping off 30 cats
2- and, please, join Herbie and I for a margarita or six :)

We'll, also, be viewing a few paints at the Lazy Susan if you wanna tag along or, more importantly, be our designated driver :)

 Well dang!!!
I will be working in Lampasas that weekend!!
However, you will be seriously drooling over Kacey's yellow and white big man!! And the Lazy Susan Ranch is beautiful.
Im not a fan of paints, but I have to say, he is superior to most!!
You two have fun and if you need bail money let me know!!

We will be having a car show that day at our church (Cowboy Church of Harrison County) which is right off I-20 (Hallsville exit FM 450 just west of Marshall) on your way to or back from Tyler. Stop by and look me up. I am the pastor's wife and just ask for Robbie! Would love to meet your crazy ole butt!!!

The plans be. We meet in Tyler, TX, put horse in somebody's pasture for a few hours, grab a bite (margarita's) at the best Mexican restaurant in the world, go find some roses to buy, look at paint horses......hopefully, not hug too much and litter Texas with cats on the way out :

Canchasr1 - 2014-09-17 10:33 AM  Well dang!!!
Canchasr1 I had a feeling you would be working.  Girl, you need some time off on the dang weekends!  There is no way you can reschedule Lampasas?

If kitties were a bit older and bigger where they could handle the dogs I would take one for the barn. But I'm not sure it would survive being so little.

I'm betting these Cajun kitties can hold their own.  Better bring a kitty box, Kaycee!!!  They're probably actually small bengal tigers or something judging from the litter box description we got last week.....

Herbie - 2014-09-17 12:58 PM I'm betting these Cajun kitties can hold their own.  Better bring a kitty box, Kaycee!!!  They're probably actually small bengal tigers or something judging from the litter box description we got last week.....

I ain't skeered!

...or should I be???

I actually havent worked the past two weekends and I went barrel racing!!
Shocker I know, but I have three days in Lampasas so I gotta go work so I have money to keep sending Herbie my ponies!! LOL.

Sooooo, no letter's of reference then???
Well, it may not be a letter, per se, but Canchasr1 just gave me a glowing review.

Can you just make me a fake letter of reference for my entertainment?

 Dear LRQHS:
In reference to the kitty listed above and the impending transfer of ownership, I HIGHLY recommend KAYCEE as an owner of very.very spoiled animals.
The quality of life she provided for her fur babies is second to none.
PS: should the kitty in question meet an untimely demise, I will happily replace it for you with a certified Texas Deathrow kitty of your choice.

Sincerely,
Canchasr1

Canchasr1 - 2014-09-17 10:33 AM  Well dang!!!

Canchasr1 I had a feeling you would be working.  Girl, you need some time off on the dang weekends!  There is no way you can reschedule Lampasas?
You would be proud of me!!

I actually havent worked the past two weekends and I went barrel racing!!

Shocker I know, but I have three days in Lampasas so I gotta go work so I have money to keep sending Herbie my ponies!! LOL.
I am proud of you for both not working so much AND barrel racing!!
Thank you!

Are you going to New Frontiers tonight??

I was planning on going but Lucy threw a shoe and I don't want to work her without it being tacked back on.  My shoer is coming tomorrow so if he gets here early enough I think I will take her to Jeff's for some exh's.  I gotta get this girl going.
I need to live further south so I can come play with ya'll on the week nights!!!!
YES you do!

I second that!!!
You need to move at least an hour south east!!
Next door to me would be great.
( that way I dont have far to bring my fat horses to you)

LRQHS - 2014-09-17 2:49 PM I can't give Kaycee my little kitty. I really like her and don't want her to meet an untimely death. Are you sure I can't interest you in a boy that I don't care about???
Girl I would live in Kaycee's barn!!!

That kitty will be WELL taken care of!!

And I have met her puppies, tehy are super sweet.
Canchasr1 is right, she will be taken care of well.

Aww look at that face!!
He is saying, I want a kitty
I would love it and hold it and squeeze it and lick and love it forever.

I too will offer a letter of recommendation for Kaycee.  I have not personally been to her house, but I have seen a pic or two and it does seem like heaven for both furry creatures and humans alike.....minus the scorpion situation.  LOL

I would LOVE to get further south, but dang it, Brett, Mom and I all three work in different directions.  And next door to you, CC1 would be IDEAL!!!!  We could make your other half ride the ones we don't want to, and we can just ride the fun ones!  HAHA

Awh, y'all are making me blush!

Yes, Jet is currently in training with Josianne St Cyr in Weatherford. Whens he is done with him, he will go to Pete's...He will come back here for breeding season and will have a good resume by then, hopefully!

Strait doesnt get down here til the first weekend of October, but we are going to be having an open house at the end of October (Sherry, we may need to move you a week or two later so you can still do the demonstrations, etc...the barn is taking FOREVER)

But Doctor Frost and Mr Smokin Okey and most of the mares are here to come see. :) I'll save you some stalls if you buy me some margaritas and we will call it even!
