So this year I am going to my first NFR and I was so excited! One of the only reasons I wanted to go was to get some Autographs from the barrel racers there. I checked on the NFR Experience page and it says the barrel racing autographs are on Wednesday. Only problem is, I arrive Thursday and there is no possible way I can leave early to go Wednesday. Do any of the barrel racers hold their own autograph sessions or is there any possible way you can meet them other than on Wednesday? That was practically the only thing I was really looking forward to and now I might not get to do that.
They will be signing at various places all week long. Follow however you are interested in getting an autograph from on Facebook and they usually post their schedule. Also, if you are staying in a popular hotel like the MGM Grand you have a good chance of running into contestants (or even room next door to them!)

At the Las Vegas Convention centre at the WPRA booth each contestant signs autographs during a scheduled time.
They also have a big board out front in the lobby with the daily schedule for everyone's signings. These have to be turned in by the booth they are at though, so they may not be completely up to date.
Along with what others have stated by following the person, follow their sponsors as well. Most of them will make posts about when and where they will be.
