What's everyones opinion?  Are horse prices on the way up in your area?  I went to a breeders group sale last Sat. and WOW horses were selling awesome.  Was so good to see.  The well broke geldings brought anywhere from $7000-$20,000.  A little broke mare $6500.  Their were 99 Goldmine offspring for sale and the weanlings were bringing $5000 and a 2 year old 99 with 3 months riding sold for $20,000.  After years of people not getting much for a good well broke horse it was great to see.  What are horses selling like in your areas.  Talk around here is market is strong for a good well broke horse.
