And, I laughed and met some awesome ladies from BHW today. We talked like old friends and it was a blast. Kacey Brunner at The Lazy Susan hooked us up with a lay over. Her stallions are GORGEOUS AND THE PLACE IS BEAUTIFUL. Dr. Frost is perfect....truly without flaw. I will have a foal of his. Cori Holloway came prepared to be a cat momma. She is a riot! And, Jessi Quarles and I are sisters. That's all I can say. I could have listened to her for hours and would have stolen her if I could. I hated leaving these girls :) Can't wait to do it again :)

In the pic of us is L-R, Kacey, Cori, Jessi and THE CRAZY CAT LADY-Jen.

My last name be Owen.  I do have a friend with the last name of Holloway, so she would be proud of you for changing my name.
And Myrtle is one easy going cutie patootie.  My husband really likes her...but don't get any ideas of dropping of any more when you come into town in a few weeks!

BEST.DAY.EVER!!!! What a great group of gals and I very much look forward to doing it again very soon! Thank you so very much to Kacey and the Lazy Susan.....if I can ever return the favor, please don't hesitate to ask! Beautiful place and beautiful horses.....I truly enjoyed it more than you know and what a great pleasure to meet you.

Cori.....woman, you're going to be seeing a lot of me and my youngsters. You know I've been hired to do home inspections for Myrtle and make sure that she is fully spoiled.

And LRQHS, I don't even know where to begin. We are kindred spirits and without a doubt can finish each other's thoughts......I know, scary, but true! Lolol It's definitely possible we are sisters. I wanted to go home with you, get the rest of your ponies, pooches, and tigers and bring you all back to the Lone Star state....including Bryan!!!

Lastly, let me say, for anyone considering and El Scorcho baby, DO NOT HESITATE! This filly is the smartest best minded little girl I have ever seen,! She handled the trip like an old rodeo horse. She drank a full bucket of water, loaded and hauled like a champ, backed off the trailer ever so carefully and settled right in. Stuck her head in her feed bucket like shed been hauled a million miles. I'm crazy about this girl!!!!!! Thank you so much, Jen! I promise you that we will be getting our pic made again in a few years.....Rail Ditch included!!!!!!

Ghostdancer it was great to see you again. It's been a while.  Your boys in the trailer are NICE!  I love the amount of bone on both of them and of course their color!

Girls, we definitely need to do this again, soon.  Sans, kitties!  My new kitteh would not be happy to have any of her attention taken away by another cat. Uh! She's already spoiled rotten.  We keep filling up the food dish and she makes it disappear fast.

The beer drive thru was somewhere off of I-20...right on the border, I took a picture of the Texas sign from the drive-thru.

lindseylou2290 - 2014-09-29 9:26 AM Lookin' Fab ladies!!! Next time, my @ss will be there too!!! LRQHS ... save me a kitteh, I will be needing them for my barn soon!!!!
That shouldn't be a problem :)

The beer drive thru was somewhere off of I-20...right on the border, I took a picture of the Texas sign from the drive-thru.

Um, and, I'm more than happy to go on this trip, but I am not driving. I will be drinking :
as long as you can coherently navigate ... you be the co-pilot and I will get our rear ends around!

I am coherent and pleasant unless you take me to too many dry stores for beer......then, it can get pretty ugly lol.

Herbie - 2014-09-28 6:52 AM  BEST.DAY.EVER!!!!

Thank you, thank you, thank you :) I'm sad that I'm not hanging out with you guys again today. That was so much fun!

Full of Beans - 2014-09-28 11:14 AM Um. I am feeling left out. I think you need to visit AZ now. Nice cool weather and liquor stores in every direction!
LRQHS can come through Arizona, up through Wyoming, then on to Montana...or maybe we could all just meet in Wyoming (or Arizona, I love the warm climate!) and have a part-y!
I think she should go through Montana, Wyoming, and then down to AZ. I am not as warm as southern AZ, but still warmer than you guys during winter.

Full of Beans where are you located?  We go out to Vegas in our motorhome for the finals and drive through Az on I-40, are you anywhere near there?

I live in Williamson Valley/Prescott, which is within an hour of the 40. We are hopefully headed to the finals this year, fingers crossed! Looks like you may need to drag an inebriated LRQHS with you.
