How do you fix this and does it cost alot?  I am looking at purchasing a sundowner trailer, but the rubber is falling off the fenders.  Is this hard to fix or expensive?  Can you tell me how to fix this.. Thank You,

Are you talking about the trim that goes around the edges?

It's normal through age that the trim ends up shrinking up because of heat. I ended up buying new trim but that was a long time ago so I don't have a clue how much it would be now. I would call Sundowner and ask them if you could buy the trim from them and how much it would be. Send a picture of it.

It's not expensive, but when you get them, rivet  them back on this time instead of trying to glue them.
