Besides neoprene, what is a good cinch to use with a treeless saddle? Any opinions on the weaver air flex? It looks stiff and uncomfortable but I've heard people like them?

I have a PC merino wool one on mine.  Before that, I used a CE soft touch. Both work well.

I have used the airflex with my BM before, but I switched to a mohair one. The airflex doesn't have any give, and I use a nylon latigo and off-billit, so I wanted something that had a bit of give.... Never had any problems with my other horses, but my gelding seems to like the mohair ones better.

Thank you!  I haven't seen one in person and was curious. I use mohair on every horse but wondered if there was a better option for a treeless.  I think I'll stick with mohair :)
