| It is fairly easy to come into contact (accidentally or otherwise) with body fluids from someone else. However, LRQHS has posted some good information for sure.
I also like this NPR bit discussing the likelihood of one sick person to infect others with ebola ( compared to a sick person with HIV, SARS, Mumps, Measels, etc) .... http://www.npr.org/blogs/health/2014/10/02/352983774/no-seriously-h...

Was this the guy that helped a pregnant woman into a taxi (i.e, carried her) and she had ebola? |

No, I think that's just the confirmed case in Dallas. |

For sure. Uninformed people or people who are mis-informed sure do make things worse. |

Cold hands and Warm Heart
Location: oklahoma | I read an article this morning written by a nurse who brought up a good point. A cold or flu is a virus, as ebola is and we all know how easy it is to catch the flu so... she also pointed out how the doctors etc have to wear haz mat suits when treating victims and/ or areas infected vs.wearing simple masks and gloves for treating, for example, aids patients. Food for thought anyways. I figure that the cdc et all doesn't want mass hysteria and I'm not advocating panick but wanted to share. |

I can't find the article, but I read on CNN last night that he had only been hired by NBC the day prior. He has been living and working in the area for several years. I believe it stated he was an advocate/aid worker. I will try to find it when I have a sec... |

I saw an interview on CNN with this man's father who is a medical Dr. When he was asked this his response was his son remembers helping clean an area and some of the spray got on his face. Made me wonder about the people pressure washing the area in TX where the man with Ebola threw up. |
