I have recently started breeding barrel horses and I don't personally race. I have a girl that is training my horses and will be doing futurities and running some of my other horses.
Question is.... What type of contract do I set up with her? She is currently training for free room and board. Do I pay her entrees? Do we split earnings? Etc..
Do I pay her to run the horses or does she pay to run them???
Want to make sure I'm being fair to her but also looking out for myself.
