Location: Buffalo, Wyoming		We own a very small company, one employee.  He lives in Utah but our company is based out of Wyoming.  I have tried to contact the state tax commission in Utah but have not had any luck with them.   We are needing to take Utah State Taxes out but do not know what we need to do or which forms we need to fill out. 

Can anyone point me in the right direction of what we need to do?
