Expert Posts: 1821 Location: In gods country	Anyone who's delt with rehabilitating a horse with muscle atrophy come hither. What is the best way to rehabilitate a horse with this? This would be a left butt muscle. Tore the muscle a yr ago or so.

You get what you give Posts: 13030 Location: Texas	my vet suggested a TENS unit when I had a horse develop atrophy from EPM. I didn't end up finding one, and it filled in as we treated her for EPM.
