Job interview process: Where a person/persons sit down with your life's work of a resume and transcripts, laugh at your high GPA or your low GPA, chuckles over your references and companies worked, and tries to determine if you're lying about how much job experience you say you have. Then they meet you in person and try to determine if they'll get along with you enough personally to be able to train you for what they need, or if you'll be throwing a wrench in their program with you lack-of or over-possession of experience.
