| Hes a lawyer thats associated with Joe Biden and Al Gore. Also signed off on several things like Fannie Ma and Freddie mac (they were both very successful enterprises) and he has NO medical experience. Also handled the Solyndra debacle. Basically a campaign lawyer. Hmmm wonder how effective he will be. |

Location: Bastrop, Texas | I missed this. Did they give a reason why this guy was selected? Of course, why should a resume' and experience matter, when it didn't matter when Obama was elected. He had no resume' to speak of, and no executive experience. |

Location: In the Hills of Texas | Updated at 9:52 a.m. President Barack Obama is naming Ron Klain, a former chief of staff to Vice President Joe Biden and a trusted adviser at the Obama White House, as the point man on the U.S. government's response to the Ebola crisis. • Full Ebola coverage from MPR News Ron Klain Andrew H. Walker / Getty Images Obama has been under pressure to name an Ebola "czar" to oversee health security in the U.S. and actions to help stem the outbreak in West Africa. Klain has been out of government since leaving Biden's office during the Obama's first term. The White House said that Klain would report to national security adviser Susan Rice and to homeland security and counterterrorism adviser Lisa Monaco. Klain, a lawyer, also served as chief of staff for Vice President Al Gore. He previously served under Attorney General Janet Reno in the Clinton administration. He worked for all the political hacks so I guess that makes him an expert on being a czar. |

Too bad this guy couldn't just once make a decision that is devoid of political expediency. Of all the people with the right kind of expertise, he nominates this man? |

| All the administration wants is a name. That way they can wash their hands of this and point to that guy when someone has a question. Who cares if he knows anything at all about the disease.

God forbid we send them to protect our borders. Did you know ICE is holding (under quarantine) eleven West Africans who were caught crossing. |

Location: where the wind blows | Good grief. I'm not American but even I'm shaking my head at this one. I'm sure there are Dr.'s in the states that have spent a lot of their careers researching/dealing with this illness, now wouldn't it make more sense to hire someone like that, someone that knows ebola. My husbands cousin just left Canada last week to go to Africa to help fight this, he has spent much of his career working with Ebola and has made many trips to the countries dealing with this over the years. Now I'm pretty certain there would be Dr.s similar to that in the U.S. - wouldn't the logical thing be to hire someone like that. WOW! No offense but your President does make some questionable decisions. |

And Freddie and Fannie along with the recount for Al Gore. He's just another spinner since the head of the CDC doesn't have the liberal lying down pact so they are going to have this dude do it since he is an expert. He reports to Susan Rice and one of the other bimbo's that Obama appointed that was part of his campaign. |
