Just curious, don't know much about it but I got an email from headquarters stating I was getting recognized for this award at the world show. I am excited but don't really know anything about the award. Was hoping someone ccould fill me in!

One of our directors was chosen also. Dawn Mutchelhaus from Wolsey, SD. From what I know its for directors that have gone above and beyond to build the NBHA. I know Dawn has tripled her district membership in the past year. Congrats to you!!!

Being a director is not always the easiest job. I actually almost stepped down from it for next year, but some of my members at our last show talked me into staying one more season.

Congratulations to you.!!! Truer words couldn't be spoken. I too am a director and have numerous times in the last few months said I was giving it up for next year. However, just like you, some of my faithful, always working members have asked me not too. We should compare notes. I always like seeing what director's in other states are doing that could benefit my district. Again...CONGRATS on your recognition.!!
