Hungarian Midget Woman
  
Location: Midwest | Alright, so I wanted to start a separate thread for this. Our dear friend Jennifer Aka LRQHS is in the hospital. She went in Thursday night with stabbing pains in her neck/back and a high fever. She's been scanned, spinal tapped, mris, tested for meningitis and so far all is negative. She's uncomfortable and in a lot of pain, so let's all send some prayers and positive thoughts her way.
This is the latest update I have:
Ok here is what I have for y'all. They did the west Nile test but it takes a couple of days to get back. She had a chest and abdomen CT and it showed some inflammation in the Colin but it's not enough to be causing her symptoms. She is still having the severe headaches and nausea. Monday they are suppose to do a test on her heart ( don't ask me the name) to look at the valves, for fluid or anything else that may be wrong with it.
I will post updates as I get them! Last I heard, she was sleeping and drowsy from the pain meds. Let's hope the next few days bring her fever down and lessen the pain.

Location: Midwest | She's pretty doped up on painkillers and other medicines. As I get more updates I will post them. Her temperature had fluctuated but at one point was down to 99.7.
As of right now seems like a virus, but as they know more. She does have help but if they need anything I will let you all know. I'm hoping for her to feel a little better tomorrow. |

It came on very quickly oh Thursday evenig with the worst headeache that I have ever had, leg and feets cramp that wre extremely bad. I also had a stabbing pain between my shoulders blades. I was freezing and could not get warm.My temp 99-7 my pulse 153 and my blood pressure was 187/something when I got to ER..because of a elevated heart test, they admitted me with rhabdomyolisis. I have had lot's of blood work, CT's, MRI, and stool sample from the stool that is pouring out of me. I have been spiking a temp aound 3 times a day. It was highest yesterday evening at 102.7. I hav saturated my bead from sweating too much, a few times. My west nile test isn't back. I have to have a TEE Monday which is an esophageal approuch to an ECHO on my heart.I really don't what I have, but it is the worst i;ve ever hand and it is natsy.I turly appreciate all the kind words and prayers. Hopefully, I'LL BE BACK IN THE GAME IN NO TIME. THANKS, GUYS! |

My son was diagnosed with Texas cooties last year by a doctor. Terrible stuff! Comes back every fall and spring.
**** He has weird skin allergies, and the doctor actually had no real answer. So, she diagnosed him with cooties and prescribed Allegra. He'll even come tell when his cooties return on the back of his neck. lol |

She was still feeling about the same today. My poor little buddy! She was spry enough to yell at me not to spend money on sending her something LOL

Location: Midwest | Tet came back normal! Not sure if they have anything else back. They were supposed to have done an open MRI at 330. Looks like she might go home possibly tomorrow.
I'm hoping she at least is feeling a bit better. She's woozy so she drifts in and out of responding to texts. Hopefully she's been doing a little better today with respect to her pain today.
I did hear she fussed at her visitor for eating while she was nauseous last night so she's perked up some. Lol |

Lol, yep need to eat yeast free diet after you get home,yeast overload can contribute to a host of other subtle issues. Get some probiotics too. Hope you get out soon!!! |

| Glad to see you made it home. Don't know what they gave you for the Thrush infection (they SUCK!!!!, makes a strep throat look like a walk in the park!), probably ...crap, I can't remember what the antifungal is right now....Anyways you can help things along with probiotics and yogurt. If you are still on antibiotics, wait at least an hour and take them. You can make a more potent antifungal by breaking a capsule or two of probiotics and mixing in yogurt and let it sit for awhile so the culture can multiply.
You need to continue to repopulate your good bacteria while you take antibiotics (which kill the bad AND the good bacteria leaving the yeast free to multiply).

I love you guys! I actually was diagnosed with Rhabdomyolysis and Salmonella.....and, for a little extra fun they gave me the throat yeast infection! I got poked a lot and I'm not a huge fan of random pokings!I just wanted to whole heartedly say thank you for all the prayers and laughs. I'm sure I giggled a lot reading this, stoned on Dilaudid. I am a lucky girl to have buddies like you :) And, you can all keep your crazy cats!!!Ps....whoever, Fed Ex'd me a package, I have not gotten it yet, mostly because I'm scared, so I just keep avoiding the little Fed Ex man :) |

I probably read this thread and laughed 2000 times while I was in the hospital, but I really don't remember doing so....sooooo, I read it again tonight and laughed again lol. I love you guys! I actually was diagnosed with Rhabdomyolysis and Salmonella.....and, for a little extra fun they gave me the throat yeast infection!
