I can testify to the some facts about removing gluten (or reducing it quite a bit) from my diet:
I feel so much BETTER!
I have so much more ENERGY!
I have fewer HEADACHES!
My weight finds it own HEALTHY number!
My allergy symptoms are greatly REDUCED!
My old lady aches and pains are FEWER!
I used to think I couldn't live without cake...can't remember when I had the last piece now nor do I even want a piece of cake...it's not worth the price I'd pay for having it. I eat very, very little bread and when I do -usually because I let my guard down and order a burger - I end up regretting it because I very quickly start feeling bad.
Gluten free, or little gluten, is the way to go for me. It's in so much that we don't realize that it's hard to go 100% gluten free but at least I'm good enough that my body is not toxic from gluten overload.

This is great to hear! People don't realize what healthy does feel like!
Thanks to the person who posted the link. I especially was interested in the list at the top that listed all the names gluten products can be listed in the ingredients list as. I have been looking for a list like that. Thanks!
