Just the affected leg but it wouldn't hurt any to apply it to both. But for how expensive that stuff is I just apply it where I need it.

Testing testing (for my purple font) YES it is back.

Thank you for the reply. I started to do both legs but because of the cost, I stopped doing the good leg.

I try to always mud the other leg as well, with clay or such, just to provide a brace for both legs.

I'm going to my vets later to ask him about using this on my horse.  I'll ask him if we should do both or just the affected leg (:

And you are the winner! Good idea. My vets around here are ranchy and probably never heard of RR.

I usually do all four, but the vet said my gelding acted like his front right leg might sore as well, and so I apply it to that leg and since both are on the right side I go ahead and do the left legs just to make it all even.   I can just imagine my horse thinking something was wrong with that side and kicking and causing a ruckus.... so I tell myself he will be more calm if I just do the other two (and he could use the extra activity going on around him).  I only did RR for about a week and a half before I moved into BOTs.  I can see how it would get really expensive if you were doing it long term!

yes 90 days at $105 a 3.5 tub. My last tub lasted about a month and that was doing both fronts for about 2 weeks.
