We are looking to host a winter barrel racing and am shopping for event insurance. I'm sure there are BBs that have done all the research already and can give me good advice about how to accomplish this. Thanks!
Just got a quote from Allen Financial Group and Burns & Wilcox. You can google them. Make sure you know if the arena owners need to be listed as additional insured and/or require a waiver of subrogation.
Are you sanctioning it with any associations? Whenever i produce races I sanction with one or more associations. THey have their own insurance companies and offer good rates usually. Mine is 65.00 per event and covers participants, spectators, etc .
