Cdunn I know someone that rents to a trainer and I wondered how that worked if the person was injured while training?   They are in Texas.  I would be worried about not getting my rent if they did not carry insurance.  Is it more common for trainers to carry insurance or not?  Sorry OP I am not taking over the thread it just made me think about these things.
