I have one very similar to that. But I am of no help other than a twisted chain bit. The ex boyfriend left that bit at my house and has never came back to get it. Good luck tho!! I will be paying attention to this post ha ha.

 I have seen bits similar to it and they were advertised as off set lifter bits.  I have one similar but it was handmade by me a few years ago

A grasshopper purchase to shank ratio is the same, and has not gag whereas the picture the op has the purchase to shank ratio looks 1:3 with a gag
