If you have not purchased a horse with this sale company before, please present a bank letter of credit and have credit cards pre-approved by noon on Saturday, November 15. Also, letters of credit may be faxed to 979-828-3621 by November 7.

Phone bidders must be pre-approved and receive a bidder’s number.
We will be taking phone bids at 979-255-0745, 979-255-7404 or 979-204-2882. Phone bid buyers MUST call 979-255-0745 to get a buyers number! NO PHONE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A BUYERS NUMBER. Phone bidders must provide the same information and meet the same deadlines for pre-approval as listed at the opening of this section.
