I always think when I read of government trying to legislate what you can be sold in the name of health when is it going to get to the point of having someone monitor your grocery cart? While I do agree with healthy eating and a healthy lifestyle, I also believe in individual choice nd responsibility.

If you want to make a choice to use tobacco products, fine. But don't subject others to their effects.
I LOVED it when our state made it illegal to smoke inside of public establishments. I didn't have to worry about getting smoked out while I was trying to eat dinner.
As far as them banning them overall, that seems silly. Huge loss of revenue too.

I agree that people should be allowed to make the decision for themselves to smoke, drink, eat bad food, etc. But I also agree that I shouldn't have to suffer the negative effects of their smoke
