Well in feb this year me and my husband split up. Well me and my mom found out this morning last night my brothers wife left him and took his two daughters and is staying with another man .

Good news is: Your brother can get everything in a Divorce from an attorney point of view. Including the children. She left and is technically cheating. Thus, He gets everything. At least that's how it works here in TeJas.

The only thing worse than a cheater is one who does this chit---exposing the kids to it and thinking it's all ok. Have seen it too many times to count. Your brother needs to do whatever necessary to protect his kids from this immoral situation.
