You should call Bill Wingate, his owner and he would be happy to answer your questions.  Last I knew he was APHA aproved as he has several APHA offspring.  I have a weanling AQHA filly out of him now.  I do know Bill also has frozen seman out of him.  620-939-4760

awesome, thank you!  Do you have any other experience with his get other than your weanling? I'd love to hear more about them!

I did have 1 other but had to sell her when I went through my divorce.  She was started as a 3 year old and sold. She was easy going.  Bill keeps up with several of Cajo's foals and has a lot of info on them.  Most I have seen are quiet until it comes time for business then they are ready to roll and work.  Of course not all will be the same.

I've run against some Cajo offspring and think they're pretty nice. I haven't seen one (that I know of) just go out and smoke a run, but I think the ones I've seen have been young or unseasoned. Bill would be a good resource. He's a super nice guy and knows barrel horses well. Everything I've ever seen him run was calm, solid and consistent.

There is one running here in Montana and it is usually a 1D jackpot horse, and doing good at rodeos too.
