Beyond feed/hay/alf does anyone give any supplements? I'm bouncing back and forth. I have 3 so I can't do anything over the top $ but I though about doing a month of fertile mare by THE before breeding and maybe an immune booster while Prego but then I think no, if they are healthy they should do just fine. I plan to have a mineral luck out with them on top of 24/7 hay and alfalfa once a day once preg until 2nd trimester then upping alfalfa and fat content in diet. What do y'all do? Just mulling things around.
