I am currently taking Plexus. I use the Plexus Slim with the Boost and I have just started taking the ProBio 5. I was taking the Slim and the Boost together for about 2 months without seeing any results but I don't think I was drinking enough water. You are supposed to drink a lot of water so since I got my last shipment I've really been trying to concentrate on drinking the appropriate amount of water. Also, they said you need to do the spit test to see if you have candida overload and if you do you need to use the ProBio 5 so that is what I just started about a week ago.
I do notice that I don't have the cravings I usually do. I don't really remember to eat sometimes so I suppose that is good. They said I just need to give it more time so that is what I am going to try.

My sister only has 40% of her pancreas and was taking Metaformin for blood sugar issues.  She had zero energy, and frequent stomach issues as a side-effect.  She started taking Plexus several months ago and has since discontinued the meds.  Her blood sugar levels are doing better now than they were with meds and she has energy to get on my nerves again.  She has lost some weight as well, but it took a while before that happened.

Yes water is very important. The probiotics are great.... Especially when taken with the cleanse. As the probiotics bring in the good stuff.....the bad stuff dies off and the cleanse helps to get rid of it. I don't care much for the taste of the slim....but it has really helped my husband and I. I am really liking the results. I feel better ..sleep better and my allergies are SO much better. And they can be really bad!!!

That is great!! I am an ambassador as well......I love it. No pressure to sell. I love the discounts as an ambassador as well...especially because we are a family of five.....my kids are also on the probiotics and vitamins.

I am pretty interested to know how it tastes? My mom is a type II diabetic and she has memory problems and eats things she shouldn't, so keeping her blood sugar at acceptable levels is challenging. If I could get her to drink this, maybe it would help?

I love the taste! My husband too. I have to keep him from drinking it like it is kool-aid! It dissolves well when you shake it just a little or stir well. It tastes like fruit punch, but not quite as sweet in my opinion!

I guess I am not of the norm for Plexus working. I have been taking the Slim drink, Bio 5, Cleanse, Block, Boost and the X-factor. I have not lost weight (in fact I gained). It has not taken the carb impulse away. Of all that I take the X-factor does work (to a degree). And yes I drink plenty of water. I watch what I eat. So sorry to be a "Debbie Downer", but for me it didn't work and I have been taking it for more than a year. Oh and I have taken the Accellerator also and I cannot take that as it gives me heart flutters.

I am with you on this one. It did absolutely nothing for me, except when they changed the Accelerator it made me real moody. Way to pricy also.
