I don't own either of them but I have researched about the second one,I just can't seem to find much information on the first.

I sent my horse to boot camp after I've been having trouble with her running off with me.  Well, my trainer showed up at a race and had the top hackamore on her.  Based on how it looked, I thought this was kind of a severe hackamore, but I rode her in it and loved how freely she moved in it.  She was not intimidated by the steel nose at all, but was responsive.  She honestly felt great in it.  He's been mixing things up with her so I haven't ridden her in it again, but I found a used one on the bit swap page and picked it up to have one of my own.  Good luck!

Thank you! Yes, the top one certainly does look intimidating to me but I also didn't want to judge it before I got any info about it lol.
