Long story short, I let my friend borrow my extra barrel saddle until she got one. Apparently she rode in the rain in brand new jeans and it turned my saddle bright blue. There's no getting it off. She offered to buy the saddle and I told her that was fine. The saddle was an extra and I had it maybe for a year, but I bought it brand new, it was custom made for me and rode in it 10 times. I paid a little over $1300 for it. How much should I charge her for it? I feel guilty asking full price but the saddle was practically brand new anyway and I will have to replace it.
