We have our internet through our cable company. They recently sold out to a larger cable company. Our cable is only going to go up $10 which isn't bad but out Internet is going up $40. So who are some other Internet providers that have good internet and not near as expensive? I have Verison and looked at getting a hotspot but if I've understood everything right that would cost more than it does through the cable.

We have windstream (the only thing available where we live) when we first got it, it was 40/month. Then they were hit with a law suit where they had to pay out major $$$ and suddenly it jumped up to $60/month . Ive heard alot of people complain that the speed is super slow, but mine is pretty fast (that was also what the lawsuit was about, "false advertising" fast speed)
