I'm looking into renting an indoor arena close to home. It's fairly small I think 60x80 the lady has never rented out before but wants to and the property is just sitting there unused. We have not discussed a price yet and I was curious how much u all think I should pay per month. Only wanting arena use not barn or pasture. And I would have to use my own equipment to drag the ground.

Location: Southern Oregon		A few small places around here offer monthly haul ins....they groom the ground and you get un limited haul ins for 30-50 a month

I've rented for 50$ a month a couple different places.  Unlimited use and they kept up the arena for us.
