What is the easiest way to post a photo and how do you set an avatar, I know where to go but my photos are always to big! What do I do now?

Location: SE Louisiana		Photos have to be under 100k. Photos on a thread need to be in a .jpg format to show up. If you have Windows, Paint is your friend for making sure you achieve both goals.
