We are new to the area and I am in search of a tax prep company or individual that others have used and highly recommend. I am hesitant to go to your typical H&R Block as we have had a relocation, 2 real estate transactions, and other "complicated" issues this past year and we are wanting to maximize our deductions. Would love to hear your experiences as well as referrals.

Much thanks in advance =)

I am a Texas CPA but not in Fort Worth.  Contact the Texas Society of CPAs - Fort Worth Chapter and they can refer you to someone in your area, both geographically and on topic with your concerns.  Kathy Kelly is the Executive Director of that group.  If you want to run some names by me, I serve on the Board of Directors of TSCPA and know several in the FW chapter.  Definitely go with a CPA.
