Same lovely weather here.... Wind gusts have been close to 50 mph since early this morning, actual temp tonight about -10 with windchills around -40. Seriously ready for a break from this weather!

We had the same thing here today with 60 mph gusts. Its died down a bit now where I can actually see about 3/4 of a mile. I have 5 head in the barn, nice and toasty. The rest of them have lots of protection.

Mine would hook up the trailer themselves and drive to Brownsville Texas! We're in North Texas, it was in the teens last night and I thought I heard the truck starting! Jeez Louiz....that's harsh!

Mine have been in the barn for going on 5 days!! only let out 2 at a time in the indoor while stalls are being cleaned again. I let the two adults out today and mind you they have blankets on, after an hour you would have thought I abandon them. they looked whipped!

OH WOW!!! I'm too much of a sissy for that weather. My horses have been in their blankets for a week now. We usually have them on for 2 days maybe 3 at the most, but not this winter. It's freezing. I can't imagine that kind of weather.
