What's everyone's opinions on barrel racing stirrups and also sloped barrel racing stirrups? Are they worth the money?

I have the slanted and love them.  No more hurting knees and hip.

Do find that your feet stay in them better during a run?

I have slanted wood on all my saddles. You'll be amazed how much better your knees will be.

I have old injuries in my knees, ankles and back. I find the SA walls slanted aluminums help tremendously!! I have them on every one of my saddles, and keep a spare set in my truck for when I have to ride in clients saddles haha. They are my saving grace.
