Anyone ever used the belt buckle breast collars? I'm considering buying one but not sure if the belt buckle in the center of the chest would rub on the horse or cause any issues? Thoughts?

I have not heard anyone say they have issues with them as far as comfort for the horse... but my issue with them is.... they clank contantly! If constant clanking irritates you, think twice before getting one.

I had one of my favorite buckles redone by Gist so that it could be the centerpiece of my breaskcollar. I was going to have a leather guy re-sew the breastcollar around the buckle, but tried zip-tying it and it looked just fine. This gives me the flexiblilty to put it on different breastcollars. It also saved me money! I never had a problem with it rubbing my horse or causing him any discomfort. I'll try to attach pics, but I'm on a new computer so it might not work. I would contact the maker of your buckle and see what they can do for you.
