I've been on this forum for a long time, but I keep very quiet and watch from a distance. I'd like to take a poll, and I would really appreciate your honest opinions and input. If you don't live anywhere near this area but still have ideas or opinions I would love to hear them. :) I am wondering if anyone in the Walker County area would like to see a hydrotherapy facility equipped with an aquatread and lap pool. Hypothetically the lap pool will be $35 a session or it can be rented at $50 an hour, and it is optional for the horse owner to work his own horse(s) by himself, or ask for assistance from the staff at no additional cost. The aquatread however would be operated by staff because of risk of injury, and the risk of it being a machine with moving parts. Would anybody be interested in a place like this? Would you haul to it? Is there something that you would like to see? Is there something I'm missing that you would like the opportunity to use? Thank you for your input.

Yes, I live in Walker Co and would be very interested in a facility like this. I actually have one that will require the aquatread as part of his rehab in hopefully another 60 days. Currently everything available is well over an hour to two hours from me.

I would wonder about letting them swim their own horse. That seems risky. I wouldn't want to swim mine. I wonder what your insurance requirements would be?
