How do you cure a mare that may have a yeast infection. What are the symptoms?

It will show up on a uterine culture.
What makes you think this is a problem?

She has a lot of drainage and I clean it on a daily basis, along with being sore between her legs. I have no studs around so I'm stumped.

I would do a culture to find out for sure. They could flush her and put her on some antibiotics when they know for sure what it is.

I'd take her to a repro vet and have her cultured.  I doubt it's a yeast infection, we do a lot of repro work here and maybe see one mare a year that has one.
Is the mare sewn up with a Caslicks?  If not, she probably should be cultured, flushed if needed, and sutured to prevent it from happening again.
ETA she should probably also be checked for urine pooling.  If that is the case a Caslicks won't help her.  There's a minor surgery that will.

Sounds to me like a bladder infection. Horse needs a vet check.
