Location: Missouri | KMOBRA (fun, well-run series): https://www.facebook.com/kmobra.barrelracing?fref=ts Lucky J (in Carthage, where all the big races are, plus series all year): http://luckyjarena.com/ Freedom Arena (in Aurora, great summer series): http://freedomarena.org/ Flying Cow (Afton, OK some big races, plus series): https://www.facebook.com/flyingcowarena?rf=118036751594314 Plus, several in Arkansas and tons in Oklahoma. You have to drive, but there's plenty to go to. I never go north of Springfield, so not sure what's that direction. Good luck with your move! We came a few years ago with 4&5 year old boys! They're in 4th & 5th grade now, plus I have a 3 y/o girl! Time flies!

| I would go with the Joplin area. Carthage has a lot of shows there, and with Columbia's arena closing down, I would imagine there will be even more there. Plus, you'd be close to Oklahoma and there's always something going on just depends on how far you want to drive. |

Location: TEXAS | Thanks ladies. Hoping not to drive too far. I'm spoiled in TX right now! I'm from Columbia area. Real sad about that arena...... |

| I lived at Carthage for 1 year and as other have listed, there are many, many barrel races within 1-2 hour drive--mostly year round. Great area. |
