I can assure you, your ex doesn't want to hear about this. No woman would. Do yourself and your family a favor and move on with your life. If the authorities want to go after the other woman for lying under oath, let them. But you really should clear your mind of this and focus on what is really important. JMHO |

Douglas, I read on another post where you and your ex wife were dating again and trying to put your family back together. I can assure you, your ex doesn't want to hear about this. No woman would. Do yourself and your family a favor and move on with your life. If the authorities want to go after the other woman for lying under oath, let them. But you really should clear your mind of this and focus on what is really important. JMHO
So true. I have told my ex everything already. I wanted her to know everything so she could make a clear decision whether to date again. |

I remember you saying in that earlier post that you had told her. I ment that she wouldn't want to hear about it resurfacing again. It will drag your relationship down. I can assure you that she is trying to regain the respect for you she once had. She wants to forget this episode with the other woman, trust me.

Location: Fort Worth / Springtown | I work in criminal defense and have seen some really good people have to to through heartbreak and depleted finances, etc. over false accusations. As I'm sure you have. Sometimes you wonder where is the "justice" for the "victim" of the false accusations - the victim is sometimes the "Defendant." The Defendant wonders - how can they do this - Is it really that easy for someone to lie and nothing happens to them, yet look what it has done to me? And they could just simply do it again to someone else.
I understand. I feel for you because of that. I am glad you are rekindling that old flame. That is wonderful.

| It's the kind thing to do to "let it go" but I know firsthand how good it feels to watch karma do it's work. Mind you, karma is not the universe "paying back" an awful person. It's cause and effect. She brought this on herself-you choose to lie under oath, you get prosecuted-that IS karma!!
It's not nice, it's not Christian but it is human to smile a little when you get to see someone who hurt you fall on their face. |
