Ok so I am thinking about selling my mare she would make a phenominal jr rodeo horse but she has a semi large Melanoma on her vulva. How much would this depreciate her value

Depends on the buyer. Some people don't care too much and others see at as a death sentence. I personally don't care because my first horse had a fairly large on on her tail and it was some extra work but she was the best horse. Also had a rescue for my mom that had one of her vulva and she was a pretty good horse too. Never had an problems with the vulva, just sometimes had to mix more fiber in her diet. My husband and his family though would never consider a horse that had anything like that though. :/

Its a bummer because I love this mare to death but its not fair for her to sit when she likes going places. I just dont have her as my go-to horse when I have to choose one or the other
