pressure dripper Posts: 8696 Location: the end of the rainbow	I like the concept but wonder if anyone has actually tried them and has opinions on practicality and durability vs. boots or polos. The Advice Guru Posts: 6419	It says to apply cold, this concerns me. I was always taught while warming up, and running you do not want to apply cold as this can cause shearing of the tendon. I can see applying cold after a run, but not before
