Location: Kansas/Oklahoma | Kelly(my right hand in the office) & I are hosting a benefit for Butch & Meri LeMay (husband and wife) that both has cancer.
Meri was diagnosed with breast cancer May 2014 and has been taking treatments. Butch was diagnosed within the past week. We are also looking on doing a benefit team roping at a later date.
All proceeds will go to this cancer couple
Barrel exhibitions from 10 am to 12 pm
Auction at 12 pm
Poles exhibitions from 1:30 pm to 2 pm
Poles will start 2 pm then following with barrels
No open arena time before jackpot starts, if you want in the arena will be before the exhibitions start
Barrel & Pole Exhibitions $4 each
3D Open Poles $20
3D Peewee Poles(10 & under as of 1-1-15) $10
3D Peewee Barrels(10 & under as of 1-1-15) $10
3D Youth Barrels(16 & under as of 1-1-15) $15
$1500 Open 5D $25
Office charge $10
Auction & Bake Sale and concessions items and anything else to help this couple out
Any items that you can get donated will be appreciated!
Enter until the last horse runs
Pre entries by text until Friday night at 10 pm after that you can enter at the race

This couple is really close to my heart and with my husband's support and my mighty friend, Cindy, I know this is going to be a day of blessing above anything we could ever imagine. We will have the final flyers out this week and will let everyone know more details!
