I'm having rotator cuff arthoscopic surgery in a week and am a little nervous! It's taken me two years to get over my devastating surgery for diverticulitis that perforated and was in the hospital for a month and a half. Followed by healing up the remainder of the year! I'm just starting to feel like I can ride, work and feel human again so going even for this outpatient surgery is nerve racking! Anyone have this done and can give me advice would be great! I've waited as long as I can for this surgery but the pain and weakness is getting a little worse so the doc said it's time before the tear is complete. I'm hoping I can get back to riding in 2-3 months??? Any advice, tips and prayers would be greatly appreciated!!

Had this surgery done in Dec. felt so much better that same day!! Have had theropy which ends next week. Not to worry, all will go well! You will be in my prayers.
