There Could Be Aliens Out There

What hotel is everyone staying at? I've looked online and a lot of places are already booked that are close to the stadium. Are there any hotels that are offering a discount for us rodeo spectators? We are driving down there so I will have a vehicle. A shuttle isn't necessary though it would be nice. I'm looking at staying for a couple of nights since I have family that will be flying out from Oregon and thought it might also be fun to go to the stockyards. I'm not sure how far the stadium, but maybe it would be better to stay at a hotel closer to the stockyards. Any input?

Since you have a car and plan to stay a few days, I'd stay in or near the Fort Worth Stockyards and enjoy that area.... see the Cowgirl Hall of Fame, Stockyards, etc.

Most hotels I have checked are doubling the nightly rate for the rodeo. We booked a room about 15 minutes away from the Stadium and it was regularly priced.

The first two nights we are staying nearby the Stockyards at "TownePlace Suites by Marriott Fort Worth Downtown" and the last two nights we are staying in Arlington at Best Western Plus Arlington North Hotel & Suite.
