we have stayed at Paris, Bally's and MGM but Bally's the most as it is centrally located.  Just remember that ALL hotels there charge an additional "resort fee" of $18-$22 a night in addition to the room rate!

Excalibur is the cheapest, but are the rooms old and gross? why is it soo cheap compared to others. Monte carlo looks nice and is priced right but don't know anyone who has stayed there??

I've not gone during the NFR (but hope to someday) but I have stayed at NYNY, Harrah's, and Caesar's Palace.  Will never stay at Harrah's again.  Loved the other two.
