anyone know anything about this horse. Little PYC. Standing at jeh stallion station.
He is a pretty decent stud if you crossed him on the right mares, something you wanted to run barrels on. I have seen him in person, he's built very nice. I think he would have excelled as a barrel horse more than a track horse. He's gone on to win about $40k+ on the track, which isn't spectacular and has a SI of 86, none of which is super great compared to some studs, BUT he's got the sprint to cross well on the barrel racing end of it. I definitely think he's worth the stud fee they are asking. Will be very curious to see how his babies turn out. He may turn into a really good sire. His biggest flaw, which has kept me from breeding to him, his the fact he's double registered APHA. That will hurt him as a stallion in some ways, in others (people with APHA mares) it will help him.
