My free CSI pad came yesterday. Now I'm just waiting on my new Meleta Brown. I'm so impatient. That is all.

Is it shipping to you or a tack store?
True story... I ordered my first new saddle ever and was told it would be six weeks or something like that. I didn't want to pester the guy at the tack shop so I was patiently waiting for the day it came in. They had my number, I figured they'd call if it came in. About a week or so before the arrival date, I called just to ask if it was going to be there on time. The guy tells me it came in and they hadn't heard from me so they put it out on the floor and had someone on the way to look at it. I hadn't paid for it yet, so they could do that. I freaked out. They had lost my number and I guess hadn't made note of the date they told me. I raced down there, horse in tow, only to arrive at the same time the other people did. It fit my horse perfectly, too... grrrr. The guy at the tack store made it right, though. I just had to wait an extra long, agonizing time for it! Lesson learned, from now on I'll always call to check at least a few times.

When I ordered my car, I kept track of it online by the VIN and called the dealer every month until it finally got there. I was lucky and the dealer we knew through a business relationship and they had our numbers...all of them, I even made sure they had my cell! LOL. So, they called me the day it came in. But it also took me 6 months to get it because the company was behind on their production.

IT CAME!!!!!!!! I got home from work and it was sitting in my entryway! Oh and I got the CSI pad at work. They give us "points" basically for not dying or injuring ourselves at work, going to the company cookout, etc. so I got the pad to my specs free. Now fingers, toes, and eyes crossed it fits my boy. I haven't been able to ride him but a few times since last fall due to injury and not having a saddle.

It's not fancy but at this point I don't care. ANY saddle that fits Cash is beautiful.

I don't like blingy, so I love it!!!  I had a Meleta Brown saddle couple years ago and it was very comfy, congrats on yours!

Meleta's saddles fit everything because they leave the shoulder free, you will love it!! I just wish they came a lil bit smaller seat!!

Mine is exactly like yours and I agree as long as it fitted, I didn't care! I am not into bling, either.

I ordered my meleta from Meleta two years ago and although I don't use it a ton now, I refuse to sell it because it is my go to saddle -- fits everything just good enough if not perfect it seems :) congrats!! you will love it!

I cinched it up and took some pictures to send to Meleta. It's by far the best fitting saddle I've had on him. I *think* it's good but I'm not the best at judging saddle fit.

I'd say as long as you run your hand under and there are no tight spots or anything then you should be good! Without feeling under there though, it looks great!

Yeah, I talked to Meleta and she agreed it looked good so I'm keeping it. SO happy to finally have a saddle. Now of course my horse went and hurt himself (again) so I STILL can't ride but we'll get there eventually.

Is yours her latest greatest tree style? I couldn't get one in the 14" like I was needing (maybe in the future it will be available) but found one very similar to what I had wanted used (nearly new) and she said it would be a better fit than what I was using. I love this saddle. It was so comfortable and did fit the 2 horses I used it on pretty well.
