I can't find what I am looking for on their web.
My question is if the QH stallion isnt paid into APHA can I breed to him and still register the foal APHA? For a fee.
I know I need to call the ofice but i am crazy busy with work and the farm right now. TIA

I don't think so. Last time I looked the side had to be registered with APHA. I looked into it for my QH stallion so he could have registered foals with them. Call the APHA they are helpful and can tell you if it's changed or not

An AQHA stallion has to be listed with APHA to be able to register the foal. It's a one time lifetime enrollment.  Then the stallion owner would have to be a member and turn in a stallion report to APHA for you to register your baby.  If you ship semen to your paint mare, they have to pay a $100 yearly fee to APHA for that.
