Veteran Posts: 250 Location: Central TX	I switched to Ultium when I purchased my colt last October, breeder recommended it. I absolutely love this feed. I feed it to my yearling and my competitive 7 year old gelding. It's pretty pricey but I don't have to feed so much of it because of how high in fat and protein it is.

Elite Veteran Posts: 1150 Location: LaCygne, KS	Extremely good feed for weanlings and yearlings, IMO. I paid $23 per 50 lb. bag yesterday (bought 4). I started using it last summer and it is probably the most "bang for the buck" of any feed that I have ever used based on the results I am seeing. And as stated above, the feed mill it comes from is rumensin free. JT

Exactly! I feed Stradegy for years but honestly wasn't very impressed with it. I worked at a feed store so I got a good deal on it. I then switched to triple crown and either I loved it or hated it, no consistency. Same with SafeChoice. No consistency at all. I need something solid and consistant to feed my babies.
